Dear Parents:

We welcome a new month, September!

During this week we are getting ready for the Independence Day festivities by practicing marching.
Your child will practice balance and sensory processing by walking, hopping on one foot, walking backwards and tip toeing through a line.  

We keep practicing cardiovascular exercises and non loco motor skills through our daily warm up based on yoga and dance movements. 
TAKE NOTE: On Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8, we will be practicing jogging and obstacle races. Make sure your child comes to school with proper running shoes or brings them in their backpack to wear them during the class.
