Dear Parents,

I hope you all had great and well rested vacations. 

Students keep creating self awareness as they explore movement through every activity we do in class. They practice non loco-motor skills and are able to identify basic body positions from yoga. During this week students will pretend they are climbing a mountain in order to work on arm-leg coordination and loco-motor exercises. Student's circulatory system is a priority and we keep it healthy through speed and agility drills. 


Students develop different gross and fine motor exercises as they go through fun stations.

To avoid any injuries please make sure your child wears appropriate running shoes to school on Wednesday, October 11th.

5 minutes would be good enough to do some Yoga with your kid either before coming to school, for a good start up to your day; or before bedtime, to get a good night sleep.
