We are ready for September and joyful to celebrate Honduras during this month.
During the following week students will strengthen their cardiovascular system through exercises such as running drills and jumping
through a circuit with hoops by following different patterns. Child's concentration, movement control and motor cortex connections benefit from these kind of exercises.
Our daily warm up routines will be part of the class with new yoga poses every day. Students will work in stations to develop complementary gross and fine motor skills.
