Dear Parents,

We are ready to receive a new week!

During the following days we will be reinforcing agility, loco-motor skills, balance, sequencing and manipulative skills. Students practice basic manipulative skills by bouncing and passing the ball, they will also be part of relay races to strengthen their cardiovascular system. Students practice daily the yoga routine warm up,  we have been building up with new poses every few days.
