Dear Parents,

We are ready to start another week.

Students will practice cardiovascular exercises through different games and activities like the "Wiggle worm" game. This game consists on having the students stand in a line to form a worm. Each team must run to a goal line and back. Whichever team gets back first is the winner. Most of the activities we do in class seek to build collaborative team performance instead of competitiveness. 

It is easier for kids to remember the yoga poses when they can relate it with something they are already familiar with, that is why the warm up yoga routine for this week will be full of Halloween themed poses.
